Some property managers would like to set up security deposit for the listing. It is recommended that this info should be shown towards guest before they create a booking.
If Your.Rentals is the one who handle guest payment of the booking, Your.Rentals reserve the right to charge guest’s credit card in the case of a problem.
If sales channel is the one who handle guest payment, sales channel might collect security deposit from guest, and refund it later if there is no problem. Some sales channel will not do this, then property manager needs to collect security deposit from guest when they arrive.
